1. This lucky draw ("Lucky Draw") is organized by THE FUTURE ROCKS Company Limited ("THE FUTURE ROCKS"). By participating, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promotion period is defined as the period from January 25, 2025, to February 23, 2025 Hong Kong Time ("promotion period").

3. Participation in the Lucky Draw is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older.

4. During the promotion period, eligible participants must make a purchase with no minimum spending at THE FUTURE ROCKS K11 pop-up located at Kiosk LA111, K11 Musea, 18 Salisbury Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong ("the pop-up") or via THE FUTURE ROCKS official website at hk.thefuturerocks.com ("the website") between 25 Jan, 2025 and 15 Feb, 2025 (“purchase period”). Participants must provide a physical receipt or proof of online order confirmation for purchases made within the purchase period for the validation pop-up staff within the promotion period. Upon validation, participants will be allowed to draw a scratch card to reveal their prize. To redeem the prize, the scratch card must be returned to the store staff. The prize will be awarded to the participant upon the staff's receipt of the scratch card.

5. Each receipt qualifies for only one entry into the Lucky Draw.

6. Participants may enter the Lucky Draw multiple times each day.

7. No refunds or returns will be permitted for orders registered for entry into the Lucky Draw, although this does not affect the customer's rights to satisfaction.

8. Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.

9. A total of one hundred and thirty (130) prizes (each a "Prize") will be distributed in the Lucky Draw which includes:

• 2-carat lab-grown pink diamond x 5 winners
• 0.05-carat lab-grown diamond bracelet x 15 winners
• Free permanent jewelry experience with a complimentary bracelet* x 30 winners
  *Appointment required, expiry date March 31st 2025
• TFR wooden jewelry case x 30 winners
• TFR wooden hair comb x 50 winners

10. By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by THE FUTURE ROCKS for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw, including eligibility validation, prize distribution, and marketing communications, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Bookings for the complimentary permanent jewelry service can be made either in-store or through our website at: https://thefuturerocks.setmore.com.

12. THE FUTURE ROCKS shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Lucky Draw, including but not limited to technical failures, website issues, or injuries or damages to participants' or third parties' property. Participation is at the participant's sole risk.

13. Employees of THE FUTURE ROCKS and its subsidiaries are ineligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Participants must present their HKID card for checking and verification before the lucky draw.

14. All disputes arising from the Lucky Draw will be subject to the final decision of THE FUTURE ROCKS.
