1. Eligibility & Offer Details

• Minimum Spend Requirement: Customers who spend HK$3,500 or above in a single transaction will be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary Clockenflap General Admission Single-Day Ticket and one (1) Limited Edition TFR Bandana (Total Value: HK$1,500).
• Limited Availability: Tickets and bandanas are strictly available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

2. Redemption, Ticket Allocation & QR Code Issuance

• Contact Information: Customers must provide a valid email address at checkout to receive the ticket redemption link.
• Redemption Email Timelines: You will receive your ticket redemption link via email following your purchase. If you do not receive our redemption email within 7 days of purchase, please contact us directly via WhatsApp (+852 2912 3826) or Email (contact@thefuturerocks.com).
• Ticket Delivery Format: Issued tickets will be delivered in the form of a digital QR code.
• Preferred Entry Date Selection: Customers must select and submit their preferred date of attendance on or before 30 November 2026.
• Confirmation Inquiries: If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your date selection, please reach out directly to Customer Support.

3. Bandana Collection

• On-Site Collection: The complimentary bandana must be collected in person at the designated THE FUTURE ROCKS booth during the Clockenflap event.

4. Purchases, Cancellations & Non-Refundability

• No Refund or Exchange on Purchases: By clicking the redemption button, customers acknowledge and agree that items purchased in the qualifying transaction cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
• Non-Exchangeable: Tickets and bandanas cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative gifts under any circumstances.

5. Modifications & Ticket Transfers

• Entry Date Changes: Once your entry date is registered and submitted, the selected date is final and cannot be changed.
• Ticket Transferability: Tickets may be transferred to another individual prior to the event by updating the recipient's name via the official Ticketflap "Send Ticket" function.

6. Event Terms & Ticketing Rules

• General Admission: Each QR code ticket admits one (1) person on the designated date specified on the ticket.
• Ticketflap Terms: All tickets are issued subject to official Ticketflap Terms & Conditions. Attendees must adhere to all venue rules, age restrictions, security checks, and organizer regulations.
• Loss or Misplacement: THE FUTURE ROCKS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unredeemed ticket links, QR codes, or confirmation emails once successfully dispatched.

7. General Conditions

• THE FUTURE ROCKS reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of THE FUTURE ROCKS shall be final and conclusive.
